You can delete your Hookly data at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to data received from Instagram, TikTok and Google.
Delete your account in the app
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. This deletes your profile, brands, connected accounts, imported posts and metrics, strategies, ideas, scripts and carousels. Billing records required by law are kept by Stripe and by us only for the legal period.
Disconnect Instagram or TikTok only
Go to Settings → Connected accounts and choose Disconnect. We revoke our access token and delete the posts and metrics we imported from that account within 30 days. You can also remove Hookly from the apps connected to your Instagram or TikTok account in their settings; when they notify us, we delete the related data the same way.
Request deletion by email
Email [privacy@hookly.app] from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my data”. We confirm your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days, then send you a confirmation.
What we keep
Aggregated statistics that cannot identify you, and records we must keep for tax, accounting or fraud-prevention reasons.
